How We Price and Publish

Every figure on a company page is dated and says where it came from. This page explains how.

Prices

Where they come from
The buy and sell prices are our dealing desk's quotes. "We buy at" is the price at which the desk is willing to buy from you; "we sell at" is the price at which it is willing to sell to you.
How often they change
The desk revises a quote when its view of the price changes, not on a fixed clock. Every price shows the date and time of its last revision. If a date is several days old, the quote has not been revised since, which is not the same as a live market price: ask the desk for a current quote before you decide.
What they are not
They are not exchange prices and not a market index. Unlisted shares have no official closing price.
52-week range
The range is built from the quotes we have published for that company over the past year. Where we have not published enough history for a company, no range or chart is shown rather than an estimate.

Company information

Business descriptions, financial figures, shareholding and peers come from the company's own filings with the Registrar of Companies, its offer documents where it has filed one, its annual reports and its published announcements. Where a figure comes from a filing we show the year it refers to. A company's later results may not be reflected until we have read its next filing.

When we are wrong

If you find a figure that looks incorrect, write to ops@delistedstocks.in with the page and the figure. We check it against the source and correct the page; a correction changes the date shown on that page.

What we do not do

  • We do not promise or forecast returns, and we do not publish target prices.
  • We do not publish another customer's trades, holdings or the size of our own inventory.
  • We do not change a page's wording because a company or an investor asks us to promote it.
